Quality issues with 99Papers - anyone else?

Hey everyone! I'm here again, battling the usual stress tornado of part-time work and coursework. Lately, I've been relying on Papers to lighten my load, but honestly, their quality seems to have slipped bit. Was wondering if anyone else has noticed this? On another note, I'm thinking of outsourcing my bio dissertation.
