You don't pay twice
Protection works only for orders placed with our partner services and verified in our system — never stacked on top of your order price.
How it works
- You must be a new client for that partner service.
- Open the partner site from our platform in a clean browser session (no old cookies/logins for that service).
- Register a new account there and place a paid order from that same clean session.
- After partner verification, protection attaches automatically. If something goes wrong, file a claim in your dashboard with order proof.
Three ways to get protection (free for student)
- Auto-included — order via our partner routing at a protection-eligible service.
- Referral credits — 1 credit per verified referral order; bonus every 3 referrals.
- VIP tier — higher max refund % (up to 70% of order value cap).

What you need to prove a claim
Order ID, date, amount, work type, service — plus partner verification in our system. Optional: support chat screenshots, delivered file, AI detector report.
Important: protection is available only when the order is made as a new customer from a clean session on the partner site.
